Hi, I'm Ludovica. For the past five years, I’ve worked as a Project Manager in digital technology, most recently within the media and streaming industry, and previously in education and training. I have been living in Berlin since 2018. Since then, the city has been both my home and the backdrop to much of my personal and professional growth. Before that, I graduated from the University of Urbino in Italy.

Over the years, I’ve worked on quite different kinds of projects, from impact-driven educational initiatives involving partners from across Europe to software development projects in commercial environments. I enjoy the diversity: every project has its own people, dynamics and challenges, and figuring out how to make everything work together is what keeps me interested. Working across cultural and organisational boundaries, I’ve learned the importance of valuing different perspectives without losing sight of what matters. In many ways, living abroad taught me the same lesson, adapting to new ways of thinking and doing things without losing your sense of self.

I apply the same thinking to project management, tailoring the approach to the context, while keeping the principles that provide structure and direction. I believe the right balance of structure and flexibility is what creates a healthy project ecosystem, and as a project manager, my goal is to create the right conditions for people to do their best work, both individually and as a team.
