Hi, I'm Ludovica. For the past five years, I’ve worked as a Project Manager in digital technology, most recently within the media streaming industry, and previously in education and training. I have been living in Berlin since 2018 — since then, the city has been both my home and the backdrop to much of my personal and professional growth. Before that, I graduated from the University of Urbino in Italy.
Living abroad has taught me a lot about adaptation. Moving to a new culture meant learning new ways of thinking and doing things without losing my own identity. Today, I bring the same thinking to my work, tailoring the approach to the context, while keeping the principles that provide direction and structure. Because every project is unique, I design custom frameworks tailored to specific needs, combining the structured governance of PRINCE2 with the agility of Scrum to stay flexible and responsive to people, change and delivery.
I believe the right balance of structure and flexibility is what creates a healthy project ecosystem, and as a project manager, my goal is to create the right conditions for people to do their best work – both individually and as a team.
Hallo, ich bin Ludovica. Seit fünf Jahren arbeite ich als Projektmanagerin im Bereich digitaler Technologien, zuletzt in der Medien- und Streamingbranche und davor im Bereich Weiterbildung. Seit 2018 lebe ich in Berlin. In dieser Zeit hat die Stadt einen Großteil meiner persönlichen und beruflichen Entwicklung geprägt und ist in diesem Zeitpunkt meines Lebens, was ich mein Zuhause nenne. Zuvor habe ich mein Studium an der Universität Urbino in Italien abgeschlossen.
Das Leben im Ausland hat mir viel über Anpassungsfähigkeit beigebracht. Die Integration in eine neue Kultur zwingt dazu, neue Denk- und Handlungsweisen zu verinnerlichen und gleichzeitig die eigene Identität zu bewahren. In meiner Arbeit wende ich dasselbe Konzept an: Ich passe den Ansatz an den jeweiligen Kontext an, halte dabei aber an den Prinzipien fest, die Orientierung und Struktur bieten. Ich entwickle maßgeschneiderte Frameworks für spezifische Unternehmensbedürfnisse und kombiniere dabei die strukturierte Steuerung von PRINCE2 mit der Flexibilität von Scrum, um effektiv auf Menschen und Veränderungen bei der Lieferung einzugehen.
Die richtige Balance zwischen Struktur und Flexibilität bildet für mich die Basis für ein gesundes Projektökosystem, und als Projektmanager ist es mir wichtig, die richtigen Voraussetzungen zu schaffen, damit Menschen ihre beste Arbeit leisten können, sowohl individuell als auch im Team.

Negli ultimi cinque anni ho lavorato come Project Manager nel settore delle tecnologie digitali, più recentemente nell’ambito dello streaming multimediale e, in precedenza, nel campo dell’istruzione e della formazione. Vivo a Berlino dal 2018. Da allora, questa città ha fatto da sfondo a gran parte della mia evoluzione personale e professionale, diventando nel tempo la mia seconda casa. Prima di trasferirmi qui, mi sono laureata all’Università di Urbino, in Italia.
L'esperienza all'estero è stata e continua ad essere una grande scuola di adattamento per me. Confrontarsi con culture diverse costringe a fare propri nuovi modi di pensare e di agire, pur mantenendo la propria identità. Nel mio lavoro applico la stessa filosofia, adattando la strategia al contesto, senza mai perdere i principi fondamentali che forniscono direzione e struttura. Modellando l'approccio sulle caratteristiche uniche di ogni progetto, disegno un framework su misura che unisce la governance di PRINCE2 alla flessibilità di Scrum, garantendo controllo, reattività al cambiamento e centralità delle persone.
Credo che il giusto equilibrio tra struttura e flessibilità sia alla base di un ecosistema sano ed efficace, e come project manager, il mio obiettivo è creare le condizioni adatte affinché le persone possano lavorare al meglio, sia individualmente che come parte del team.
